Audiologist

Kathryn Miles Jackson, AU.D., ABAC

Dr. Kathryn Miles Jackson founded Upstate Hearing and Balance in 2021 out of a passion for helping those with hearing loss and dizziness. She focuses on using Audiology Best Practices, including utilizing probe microphone based real ear measurements through speech mapping for optimal hearing device fitting, and complete diagnostic testing, including speech in noise testing. Educating her patients so that they understand the diagnostic and treatment process is at the forefront of her practice.

Dr. Jackson earned a Doctorate in Audiology from the University of Maryland in 2015, and completed her externship at a large Ear, Nose, Throat, and Allergy specialty practice in the Baltimore area, a member of Johns Hopkins Medicine. She is certified by the American Board of Audiology and is a Fellow of the American Academy of Audiology.
